Most of them fit my travel clothing guidelines and are super cute. Sorry guys, this post is for the girls.
I'm sure you're tired of hearing it by now, but I think everything you take on a trip should serve several functions. A pair of pants should be able to tackle a mountain climb or a causal dinner. A dress should be wrinkle resistant, dry quickly, and look great with heels or sandals. The items I've found on Etsy exceed these requirements because they do it with style and elegance.
This wrap from Elven Forest Creations is so elegant and mysterious. It can be worn several ways and is a great way to shelter skin from the sun, or make a sleeveless top more conservative.

I love these dark purple harem pants from Gypsy Accessory They can be worn as pants or as a jumpsuit, and look great with heels or sandals. I imagine shopping for spices at a market, touring the Taj Mahal or going dancing in them.

I am obsessed with shrug jackets. Shrug jackets come in all lengths, colors and fabrics. I think all girls should have a few. They turn your cute summer tank tops and dresses into fall and winter wear. I have a great black shrug I pair with sleeveless dresses and tank tops when I travel to conservative areas like the Middle East. Plum seems to be a theme in this post but the Forbidden Jacket shrug from Dominique Ansari comes in a wide variety of colors.

Merino wool sounds scary to those who haven't experienced it. Wool usually conjures up hot, itchy feelings. Not so with merino. Merino wool is soft, naturally anti-microbial and magically regulates body temperature. Morphic makes lovely merino wool clothes that can go out to dinner and also up the side of a mountain. I especially love this deep blue v-neck shirt. I like V-neck shirts because I can wear my necklaces with them, and the print on this shirt was inspired by sea kelp and pearls.

While I'm gushing about merino wool, here's another lovely shrug, this time from Ureshil in merino wool. It's shown with a basic sleeve, but you can order it in any sleeve style they make. They also make shrugs in bamboo and modal. yum!

This next seller is one of my favorites. I adore everything she makes. Melanie is an active and creative woman, who started making her own sports bras. Lucky for us, she started selling them under her brand name Underneath. The Jenny Halter Bra is supportive enough for running and hiking, and cute enough to wear on its own for rock climbing or as a bikini top for a dip in the ocean.

And finally, something great for any girls closet, traveler or not, the convertible wrap dress from Isadora clothing. The best thing is it doesn't matter what your body type is, there is a way to tie it to look good on any body type.
Nice selection Ali!
